All subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as expressly stated herein. We use third-party payment processors and do not store your full payment card details. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid subscriptions if the request is submitted within 14 days of initial charge. No partial refunds are issued for unused periods after the guarantee window.
All content, software, trademarks, and technology within signelpoint-portal are the exclusive property of signelpoint-portal and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without our prior written consent. Your data remains your property; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.
You agree not to use signelpoint-portal for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malicious code, to attempt unauthorized access to any system, or to resell or sublicense the service without written authorization. Violation may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. signelpoint-portal does not warrant that the service will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, signelpoint-portal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
